Our Story

Blackout started with one simple idea: drinking games should be more than just repeating the same challenges over and over again.

Back in 2023, we were two university students who wanted to create something we'd actually look forward to playing with friends. After months of brainstorming, testing and refining, Blackout was born. A fast-paced card game packed with hilarious dares, unexpected twists and unforgettable moments.

Since then, Blackout has grown into a collection of decks enjoyed by thousands of players across the UK and beyond. From the Original Deck to Girls' Night and the Brutal Expansion, every game is designed to bring people together, create stories worth retelling (and forgetting), and turn an ordinary evening into one you'll never forget.
